International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, parcel weight and courier charges.
Customs duties, taxes and other import charges are the customer's responsibility and may be collected separately upon delivery.

Orders containing both ready-to-ship and pre-order items may be dispatched together once all items
are ready.
Any damaged, tampered or missing parcel must be reported to us immediately upon delivery, with relevant photos/videos for verification.
Order cancellations or changes may not be possible once the order has been confirmed and processing has begun.
