1. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of order placement.
Domestic shipping typically takes 2-3 business days post-dispatch, while international shipping timelines vary by destination, ranging from 5-12 business days.
Once dispatched, the tracking number will be shared via the registered email address for order tracking.
Shresht is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies but will assist in tracking the shipment.
Courier companies attempt delivery twice only. If the recipient is unavailable, further action is determined by the courier service. If the package is returned to Shresht, it is not liable to accept or clear the package. Reshipment will require a payment of ₹100 by the customer.
2. Return and Refund
Returns are subject to prior approval. If approved, a confirmation email with a return authorization form will be sent, detailing the return procedure.
For returns due to an error on our part, the product price will be refunded within 3-5 business days. Refund delays caused by banks will be communicated promptly. Refunds are processed through the original payment method only.
For refunds on defective/damaged items, a 5% gateway charge applies. A product opening video and photos of the damaged condition are mandatory for processing such requests. Without these, the request will not be entertained.
Shresht reserves the right to refuse returns if:
The product is not in its original condition or packaging.
Accessories (e.g., masks, scrunchies) included in the order are missing.
The product shows signs of use, stains, or damage.
3. Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 8 hours of placement.
For partial cancellations within an order, a request must be submitted for approval.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are offered only for domestic orders.
Items eligible for exchange must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original packaging and tags.
Exchanges are not entertained for reasons such as color difference, fabric quality, or material, as product descriptions are comprehensive.
A processing fee of ₹200 per product applies for exchanges.
Customers are responsible for shipping exchange items to the provided address using a reputable courier service. Shresht is not liable for loss or damage during transit.
Once received, the product undergoes quality inspection. Upon approval, the new size is dispatched within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges are limited to one per order.
If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note for the item value will be issued, valid for 90 days.
