- Domestic Orders — India
- Pre-Order Products
Pre-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Products made or ordered specifically against a customer's order are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Ready-to-Dispatch (RTD) Products
RTD products are eligible for return only if they meet the conditions mentioned in our return policy.
Returned products must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with all tags and
packaging intact.
The product must be shipped back to us separately for inspection.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality check (QC).
Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration or missing tags/packaging may not qualify for a refund.
2. International Orders
International orders are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds or replacements will be considered only in specific cases such as:
Genuine manufacturing or quality issues
Wrong product received
Product damaged before or during delivery
Lost shipment confirmed by the courier
Any claim must be reported to us promptly after delivery with relevant photographs/videos for verification.
All claims are subject to verification and approval by our team.
Customs duties, taxes and shipping charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
